Protection Tubes Form 4
Protection tubes form 4 as defined by standard DIN 43 722 are a straight design, reduced at one end, are open at one end and closed at the other end. Typically these protection tubes are made of one piece. The open end has an inner thread, and can be connected to screw-in thermometers.

Protection tubes form 4 are equivalent to the weld-in sleeves D1 to D5 resp. DS2 to DS5 listed so far in standard DIN 43 763.
The ordering code of this product is composed of the component name, design type, diameter, extension pipe thread, total length, insertion length and identication letter of the material number or the material number resp. the material description.
