Miniature built-in jacks
Built-in jacks were developed for the installation in housings, measuring instruments and control panels. They allow a safe and clear plug connection between thermocouples and measuring instruments. The installation occurs without any problems. The Fig. 1 shows built-in jacks for thermocouple connectors of the design “Mini”. The jacks are mounted from the back. The identification colour of the thermocouple type can be seen in the panel cut-out.

The different versions of the built-in jacks, design “Mini“ in Fig. 2 are designed for front mounting. The colour codes allow an unambiguous assignment.
The two-part version is particularly user-friendly. The mounting in the front panel is achieved without any tools. The cable connection is possible without any problems in the installed state.
Thermocouple connectors in the “double“
The double connectors in a common housing are available for the most thermocouple types in the designs “Mini” and “Standard”. They represent an efficient method for contacting double thermocouples. Two jacks of the appropriate design can be fitted without any problems.
